I have been a video game enthusiast my entire life. According to my parents, even when I was little and my dad would play punch out he would let me hold the controller. Recently my love for video games was rekindled. I was actually going to go to California and go to school to direct movies but I realized I didn’t want to give up the passion I had for Japanese Culture and Video Games, so I went back to Ohio and will be going to school for Media Journalism soon to become a ‘professional’ journalist.
When it comes to video games I tend to enjoy playing JRPG’s, platformers and a good MMO every once in a while, but those are just the genre’s I like the most. I generally play everything (besides sports games *shivers*) and I have played literally every F2P MMO that has been released. I like Nintendo and Sony more than Microsoft but I am not a PlayStation or an Xbox ‘fanboy’ who raves about which system is better. My favorite video game of all time is actually the original two Banjo Kazooie games, I have loved them ever since I played them when I was young and they still stand out as some of the best games made, but don’t get me started on what they have done with the series…
