Rezzed is a relatively small gaming conference, but that doesn’t make it any less significant. Dean “Rocket” Hall, creator of DayZ, says that he enjoys it because it’s the only conference where he can actually play the games on show. Which is great, for him. Another gameplay trailer has been released for Watch_Dogs, showing some action and motorbike driving. Explosions, too.
Planetary Annihilation has come a long way since it first appeared on Kickstarter and have done
numerous live streams to keep everyone up to date with the development. In these days of beta tests being used not as betas but as a demo or pre-order incentive it is refreshing to see.

GameTrailers have released the first gameplay trailer for Bethesda Softwork’s upcoming stabby assassination game: Dishonored. To the tune of “what shall we do with the drunken whaler” the trailer shows more of the Dishonored world including the effects of the on-going plague, the government forces and plenty of stabbing.
Quite where the drunken whaler comes into it all remains to be seen but it does add in a whole load of atmosphere to an already dark and gritty looking game.

EA have released the first gameplay trailer for their FPS Crysis 3 which is due out in 2013 following the release of their teaser trailer on the 19th April 2012. This trailer expands more on the teaser trailer which gave us a first glimpse of the weapons and Cell Corporation nanodome by giving us a little more background story behind what’s happened since Crysis 2. The basis of the game looks to be round entering the nanodome to take back the city from both the aliens and Cell Corporation using an enhanced nanosuit and weapons, including a new composite bow.
