The hyper Pikmin/Viewtiful Joe mixup for the Wii U may have been finally announced.
The floorboards creak, the windows quietly scream horror, the lighting crashes……AH! It’s a ghost! This is what Luigi goes through every night at his new job, a ghost hunter. It’s been a while since the brother has been in the spotlight, in fact it has been over 10 years but Luigi’s Mansion 2 is a great way to kick off the year of Luigi, the green capped brother should be proud. It is that time of the decade again, the moment that every boy and girl waits for a man with magical gifts comes into their lives for a single night to give them something that they never dreamed of playing. Continue Reading
There are moments in life where giant oversized stickers could make everything easier such as, making your talkative pal from saying another word, stopping the dog from peeing on the carpet, patching up your umbrella for a terrible day of rain and other crafty uses that your devious mind could think of. Back in the day Mario Party was the most intense game you could pop into a system. When this superstar competition went down between friends blood was shed, fingers were lost in A button mashing and you might have lost your palm to rotating the joy stick as fast as possible. Over the years though the games have lost their charm, competition and everything that made them fun originally. So our only hope was that Mario Party 9 would be redeeming the series as we hope with every entry. Sadly though, this is not the case at all and actually the very opposite. Continue Reading
It’s starting to become a stretch for the Wii in these last couple years it is running. Nintendo is planning for the Wii U in hopes of it becoming bigger than the Wii and the 3DS is even becoming bigger and bigger by the week it seems. But Nintendo still has a trick up it’s sleeve to make me buy more games for my dusty Wii. Soon to be released this coming month is Rhythm Heaven Fever, a game full of miniature Wario Ware-esque games all revolving around rhythm. For those of you that bought a Wii just for Skyward Sword this may be a game to fill up your Wii library, it’s not the most hardcore game but that doesn’t seem to be an issue with Rhythm Heaven. You can play alone or with a friend and have a great time playing badminton in an airplane, or become the ultimate wrestler in an interview. This game is also a must for anyone who loves games such as Katamari Damacy and Wario Ware Inc. just because of theĀ noticeableĀ JapaneseĀ feeling to the game. If you haven’t seen the english trailer yet, check it out below!
