It’s the fourth and final day of the Steam Community update and Valve have announced that the last update to the Steam Community will be Friends.  Valve have broken away your friends from the Community into a separate area so that everything to do with them is in one area.  The Community will now consist of just the Game Hubs, Steam Workshop and Steam Greenlight focusing on the larger Steam Community.
