It looks like the launch of Kid Icarus:Uprising will be accompanied by a plastic stand so that you don’t have to hold your 3DS while you are playing it. While the controls of the new Kid Icarus might be frustrating or tiring to the hands Nintendo felt that they would give 3DS owners a break by letting them sit it down on a table, that is if you have a table while you are sitting on the bus playing your handheld system.
